Planned Work Activities
We continue to monitor the site and control the risk of C-19.
Progress continue on site and the revised guidance of the CLC are not affecting the measures put in place by Ardmore.
The external façade restoration / alterations to Horse Guard Avenue are largely complete and the scaffolding to this elevation has been struck. Scaffold erection will continue around building, now moving towards Whitehall and Whitehall Place.
Installation of new Portland Stone continues at roof level.
The internal fit out of the new 125 Bedroom Hotel is proceeding to plan.
Fit Out of the 85 No New Residential Apartments is proceeding to plan with works commenced to circa 74 No apartments.
Works continue to fit out the new Hotel Spa.
Mechanical and Electrical Service installation works are ongoing within the new Plant Rooms at Basement levels.
We continue to install new Passenger and Goods Lifts across both the Residential and Hotel demises.”
