Planned Work Activities
We continue to monitor the site and control the risk of C-19.
Progress continue on site and the revised guidance of the CLC are not affecting the measures put in place by Ardmore.
The external façade restoration / alterations to Whitehall Court are largely complete and the scaffolding to this elevation has been struck, the remaining section will be remove by end of May2021. Scaffold erection to Horse Guards Avenue completed. Stone cleaning and restoration works commence to this elevation in early March.
Installation of new Portland Stone continues at roof level.
The internal fit out of the new 125 Bedroom Hotel is proceeding to plan.
Fit Out of the 85 No New Residential Apartments is proceeding to plan with works commenced to circa 50 No apartments.
Work has commenced to fit out the new Hotel Spa.
Mechanical and Electrical Service installation works are ongoing within the new Plant Rooms at Basement levels.
We have begun to install new Passenger and Goods Lifts across both the Residential and Hotel demises.”
The Lighting Trail for the external façade took place the first week in March, on the 4th / 5th & 9th of March, 19:00 to 23:00, feedback was positive.
