Planned Work Activities
We continue to monitor the site and control the risk of C-19.
Progress continues site and the revised guidance of the CLC are not affecting the measures put in place by Ardmore. Even with the official the end of the national lockdown being announce by the government Ardmore have informed us that they would not remove the present control measures.
The external façade restoration / alterations continue. Scaffold erection will continue around building, now moving in Whitehall and Whitehall Place.
Installation of new Portland Stone completed on the hotel side and continues at roof level residential.
The internal fit out of the new 125 Bedroom Hotel is proceeding to plan.
Fit Out of the 85 No New Residential Apartments is proceeding to plan with works commenced to circa 85 No apartments.
Work is proceeding to plan to fit out the new Hotel Spa.
Mechanical and Electrical Service installation works are ongoing within the new Plant Rooms at all Basement levels.
We works continues on the installation of the Passenger and Goods Lifts across both the Residential and Hotel demises, including the new Car lifts.”
