Planned Work Activities
We continue to monitor the site and control the risk of C-19.
Progress continue on site and the revised guidance of the CLC are not affecting the measures put in place by Ardmore.
The external façade restoration / alterations to Whitehall Court are largely complete and the scaffolding to this elevation has been struck. Scaffold erection to Horse Guards Avenue has commenced. Stone cleaning and restoration works are planned to commence to this elevation in early February.
Installation of new Portland Stone continues at roof level.
The internal fit out of the new 125 Bedroom Hotel is proceeding to plan.
Fit Out of the 85 No New Residential Apartments is proceeding to plan with works commenced to circa 50 No apartments.
Work continues for the fit out of the new Hotel Spa.
Mechanical and Electrical Service installation works are ongoing within the new Plant Rooms at Basement levels.
Works are ongoing on the install new Passenger and Goods Lifts across both the Residential and Hotel demises.”
